Hank-Kross Ltd. was founded in 1991 by two well-established legal recruiters working in New York’s leading search firms.

In our 31 years as legal search professionals, we have placed highly qualified individual attorneys and small groups across considerable practice areas into permanent positions. Our distinctive reputation comes from years of long-standing relationships with clients and candidates.   Working closely with clients has enabled us to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs, goals, and corporate culture.
